Guided Practices & Curated Elements
Irane Gagben offers a curated yet flexible structure designed to nourish creativity, rest, and presence.
Time in Nature
Experiences that invite a deeper attunement with the landscape.
These include a journey into the desert, bathing in Siwa’s sacred salt lakes, hot and cold springs, and contemplative walks in the mountains and along the lakes. Shaped as gentle invitations to encounter nature as teacher, they may be experienced alone or in quiet companionship.
Rest & Guidance
Intentions Meditation
A guided sound meditation inviting stillness and deep listening.
Opening & Closing Tea
Gentle gatherings marking the beginning and completion of the journey, offering space for conversation, reflection, and guidance.
Shared Nourishment
Three shared meals create simple moments of gathering and connection with Siwa through taste and place, while leaving space for self-cooking and individual rhythms.
- A meal prepared in the house by a local chef
- A meal shared in our farm/garden
- A meal at a thoughtfully chosen restaurant in a beautiful setting
Creative Practice
Support and facilitation are available when desired, honouring both commitment and flexibility. Participants are invited to meet their creative process with care and play, without pressure to produce.
Collaborative creative work involving local participation is respectfully asked to include fair remuneration for local contributors.
Optional Pathways
Additional experiences may be arranged during the stay at an extra cost, such as craft workshops with local artisans including pottery and basket weaving.
